Gina M. Zippilli
Gina M. Zippilli joined Cureton Clark in February 2006 as an associate
attorney practicing Intellectual Property, Complex Commercial
Litigation, Probate Litigation, Immigration Law and Land Use.
She graduated from Rutgers Law School in May 2002 where she sat
on Rutgers Law Review as a Case Notes Editor and was later
published. Gina also served as a judicial intern to the
Honorable Sylvia B. Pressler, Presiding Judge of Administration,
Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and is a
certified Chaplain for disaster relief.
Gina is admitted to the bars of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, the
Federal District Courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District
of Pennsylvania. She lives in Glassboro, New Jersey where she
enjoys landscaping and water sports. |

Jerald
R. Cureton is a
founding member and president of
Cureton Clark. He maintains an
extensive commercial litigation practice, with emphasis on
complex matters including class actions. He has successfully
represented plaintiffs in multi-million dollar lawsuits for and
against major U.S. corporations.
Jerry also chairs the firm's labor and
employment law department, where he represents the employers in
a wide variety of industries. His labor and employment
background began as staff attorney at the National Labor
Relations Board. Since then, he has advised employers in union
elections, unfair labor practices, contract negotiations and
arbitrations. He routinely advises clients on employment
discrimination issues, downsizing, employment terminations, and
personnel policies. He is an accomplished trial attorney.
As a business litigator, Jerry has won
multi-million dollar decisions in matters involving shareholders
disputes, partnerships, contracts and fraud.
He has extensive involvement in southern New
Jersey on behalf of civic and charitable organizations. His

Administration from Temple University and his Juris Doctor from
the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and
Mary. He is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida
Bar Associations. Locally, he is a member of the Burlington
County Bar Association.
Jerry spends his recreational time with his
wife and two children on their sailboat. He is an avid ocean
sailor, having captained his boat to New England, Florida and
Bermuda. He enjoys the challenge of fly fishing, and has
recently taken up golf.

H.
Thomas Hunt is a
shareholder of
Cureton Clark. Tom’s transactional practice
centers around the representation of dental professionals. He
also represents a variety of clients in employment and complex
commercial litigation matters. He has extensive experience in
litigating cases in state and federal courts, including
significant class action and multi-plaintiff experience.
Tom was instrumental is the sale of a series
of consolidated dental practices in the $30 million range and
has represented or assisted in the representation of hundreds
of dental professionals in the purchase and sale of dental
practices. Tom has also appeared before the Board of Dentistry
on behalf of dentists threatened with license suspensions;
negotiated employment and severance agreements on behalf of
dental owners and associates; negotiated contracts between
dental groups and health care providers; and represented
dental professionals in connection with the enforcement of
covenants-not-to-compete.
In connection with his litigation practice,
Tom has been instrumental in litigating cases resulting in
settlements in the last three (3) years totaling in excess of
$26 million. Reported appellate decisions in which Tom was
counsel of record include: Voilas v. General Motors
Corporation, 170 F.3d 367 (3d Cir. 1999) (claim by 200 former
plant workers for fraud not preempted under Section 301 the
Labor Management Relations Act or under the Garmon Preemption
Doctrine), Lesal Interiors, Inc. v. Echotree Associates, L.P.,
Resolution Trust Corporation, et. al., 47 F.3d 607 (3d Cir.
1995), rev'g, 834 F. Supp. 721 (D.N.J. 1994) (Third Circuit
reverses District Court determination that the D'Oench, Dhume
doctrine applies to subsidiaries of federally-insured banks).
Tom graduated from Yale University a
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is a member
of the tau beta pi engineering honors society. Tom received
his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude,
and Order of the Coif, and served as an Articles Editor for
the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Tom has been
practicing law since 1981. He is admitted to the bars of the
State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the
Federal District Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and
the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Tom is a member of the
Burlington County Bar Association.
Tom lives with his wife and four children in
Haddonfield, New Jersey. He is an avid runner and tournament
bridge player. |

Warren
Wolf is a shareholder
of Cureton Clark and has been with the firm since 1994. His
practice concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy, lender
litigation/ foreclosures, consumer fraud, and overall
commercial litigation, including construction litigation. He
is also experienced in real estate transactions, municipal
matters and landlord/tenant relations. He speaks at seminars
to attorneys and other professionals in areas of commercial
litigation and debtor/creditor relations.
After graduating from Syracuse University
with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Studies and Marketing,
Warren obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University. Upon
graduation, he served a Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable
Robert E. Francis in the Superior Court of New Jersey, General
Equity Part.
Warren is admitted to practice in Federal
and State Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has been
appointed to the District III B Attorney Ethics Committee and
is a mentor in the Rutgers Pro Bono Bankruptcy Program.
He is a founding Trustee of the Cooper River
Rowing Association and the President of his neighborhood
homeowners' association. Although he is an accomplished
musical percussionist and drummer, Warren prefers to be on the
golf course or ski slope in his free time. He lives in
Marlton, New Jersey with his wife and son. |

Meade
A. Spotts is President of Spotts Fain PC, a
Virginia law firm focused on advising, counseling and
representing businesses in transactional and litigation
matters since 1988.
Meade earned his B.A. in History, with distinction, from the
Virginia Military Institute in 1979. He earned his J.D. from
the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and
Mary in 1982. First commissioned in 1979, he is a graduate of
the U. S. Army Command and General Staff Course and currently
is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve.
Meade's practice emphasizes real estate and environmental
issues, legislative representation and lobbying, general
corporate and business law. He represents his clients'
interests before the Virginia General Assembly, local and
state boards, planning commissions and agencies. He is a
member of the Richmond Bar Association and the Virginia State
Bar and is also a member of the Real Estate and Environmental
Law Sections of these organizations. He is a member of the
Board of Directors of C&F Bank - Richmond and serves as
Chairman of the Wildlife Foundation of Virginia. Meade has
been named in the business law category as well as the
lobbying and regulatory category of the Legal Elite list
published annually by Virginia Business magazine.
His off-duty time likewise covers much of the state. Meade
lives on the James River in Richmond with his wife and four
children, and spends free time either hunting with friends on
his farm in Southwest Virginia or enjoying the Chesapeake Bay
with family in Deltaville. He enjoys hunting, military
history, farming and traveling.

Hugh
M Fain, III
is admitted to practice in
Virginia and Texas. His practice emphasizes commercial and
business litigation including contract disputes, business
torts, employment law, intellectual property, and shareholder
and partnership disputes.
Hugh earned a B.A. in Economics, with
distinction, from the Virginia Military Institute in 1980. In
1983, he earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia, where
he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Natural
Resources Law and was a member of the Raven Society.
He serves as President-Elect of the Richmond
Bar Association and is also a member of the Board of
Directors. In 2005, Hugh was appointed by the Virginia Supreme
Court to serve on the Task Force on the Public and the Courts.
He has been named by his peers in Virginia Business magazine's
Legal Elite list in the category of civil litigation each year
since 2003, and he is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
Hugh, his wife Renee and their three
children live in Richmond. Hugh has coached his children in
youth league sports and enjoys hunting, golf and tennis. He is
a past president of the Innsbrook Rotary Club, VMI Club of
Richmond and the VMI Alumni Association and is currently a
member of the board of the VMI Foundation. |
